വീടിന്റെ സണ്‍ ഷൈന്‍  എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു
എന്നെ എന്നും ഷൈന്‍ ആക്കിയതിന്
പിന്‍വശത്തുള്ള തോട്ടത്തിലെ മുന്തിരി മുഴുവന്‍
പറിച്ചു തിന്നാന്‍ കരാര്‍ തന്നതിന്
ഒടുക്കം, പോരുമ്പോ കൈ നിറയെ
ക്രിസ്മസ് മിട്ടായികള്‍ തന്നു കെട്ടിപ്പിടിച്ചതിനു
എവിടെയും സണ്‍ ഷൈന്‍ ആകട്ടെ
എന്ന് ആശംസിച്ചതിനു...

വായന

ഫാസ്റ്റ് അടിക്കാന്‍ പറ്റാത്ത ചില പാട്ടുകള്‍

അതെത്ര മോശമായാലും ഒരു പാട്ടാണെന്നും

അത് കേട്ടാസ്വാദിച്ചു തന്നെ പോകണമെന്നും 

എന്നും പറയുന്നതിന് ....

നീ നീയും ഞാന്‍ ഞാനും മാത്രം.

നമ്മള്‍ ഒരു പോലെ എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്

രക്തത്തിന്റെ നിറത്തില്‍ മാത്രം.

ഒന്നെന്നു പറയണമെങ്കില്‍

ഈ രക്തമുറഞ്ഞു കട്ടയാകണം.

ആ കാലത്തിനപ്പുറത്ത്

നീയും ഞാനും തമ്മിലുള്ള വ്യത്യസമില്ലാതാകുന്നു 

ആത്മാക്കള്‍ക്ക് തമ്മില്‍ വല്യ വ്യത്യാസമില്ലത്രേ.
